Attribute posts to a user

Posts 1 to 3 of 3

Oops, I messed up on my forum and deleted the wrong user.   :tired:

If my member creates a new account, is there a way to attribute posts from the deleted user to the new one? Say from user ID 210 to user ID 1475?

I'd really like to be able to fix this for him somehow as he's one of my most active members.

Added after 5 hours 43 minutes 52 seconds:
Actually, since the old user is deleted, all posts have now been orphaned and are thus attributed to a "Guest" user.

So the question becomes: can all posts belonging to data-group-id="3" be attributed to user ID=1475 in data-group-id="9"? (There are no other guest posts, so attributing them all wouldn't be a problem.)

Unfortunately there's no opportunity to re-bind the existing posts from one user to another.
You could try to restore the forum from backup (in Admin - Backups section) right after deleting.
But I've written to Admin about your message, maybe he will be able to do something for you.

Actually, we can disregard this issue.  :glasses:

The member has created a new account, and is apparently having loads of fun re-posting all his previous content, and I just delete the old "orphaned" topics afterwards.
